Thursday Group Runs
(Seasonal) | Thursday
group runs are meant to be an accountability run in order to help
people get out the door and complete their runs during the week.
- All Runners/Walkers welcome
- Come and complete whatever distance you want in order to fulfill your training program
- Feel safe and secure as other runners run on the track at the same time

Saturday Group Runs
Columbus Running Club | Saturday group runs that are generally 4-8 miles
- All Runners/Walkers welcome
- During Spring months training program for Indianapolis Mini Marathon is implemented into the group runs
- During Fall months training program for either of the Indianapolis Marathons is incorporated into the group runs
- While
others might be training and running longer distances, the club still
posts shorter runs for those not competing in longer events

| Sunday Group Runs | Sunday group runs are to stretch the legs from your long run on Saturday.
- All Runners/Walkers welcome
- Course routes are usually 3-4 miles long
- Some people do the course routes twice to make 6-8 mile runs
- Good in case you are unable to get your long run in on Saturday morning
- Also helpful if your training program has your long runs scheduled for Sundays instead of Saturdays
